Welcome to the Faribault Area Senior Center

Healthy-Aging.jpg

in 2013

The Faribault Senior Center has always had a focus on the health and wellness of seniors.  This year we plan to offer a continued supply of Healthy Aging news, tools, tips and information.  Utilizing our newsletter and this weekly article, we will encourage Faribault’s older adults to be ready to participate in a variety of ways that focus on Healthy Aging.

As we go from month to month, you might ask yourself “What will I do this month to improve my health?”   As we supply you with opportunities and information, we will also invite you to tell us what you are doing.   It doesn’t mean that you need to train for a marathon.   It can be as simple as eating one more serving of fruit every day or as enjoyable as watching a funny movie or playing a game.   It is never too late to begin.  So join us in Healthy Aging in 2013!
