The Faribault Area Senior Center is a non-profit organization which provides a variety of programs and services for adults 50 and over living in the Faribault area. It is our mission to promote the physical, emotional, intellectual, economic and social well being of older adults and encourage their participation in all aspects of community life in Faribault and the surrounding area.
We encourage you to visit our center in person or call us for additional information on the work that we do.
FASC on FCTV
Each month the Faribault Area Senior Center is on FCTV doing an informational piece on programs and services that appeal to Seniors in Faribault.
Due to problems with the tax preparation software, the AARP Tax-Aid volunteers have informed us that we have to suspend tax appointments until further notice.
If you already have an appointment, that appointment will stand at this time and you will be notified if there are any changes that need to be made.
An update will be available on February 20th. Please call back after that date for additional information. The information below will go back into effect at that time.
The AARP Tax-Aide program returns to the Faribault Senior Center! This is a free service that assists local taxpayers in filing their 2016 tax returns (both Federal and state) along with their Minnesota rent and property tax credits.
