Welcome to the Faribault Area Senior Center
The Faribault Senior Center has always had a focus on the health and wellness of seniors. This year we plan to offer a continued supply of Healthy Aging news, tools, tips and information. Utilizing our newsletter and website, we will encourage Faribault’s older adults to be ready to participate in a variety of ways that focus on Healthy Aging.
Fall Theme: "Learning About Our Senses"
"What is Your New Normal" - During September, October and November, we centered our education and information on the senses. In November please read about what may now be the new normal for us as we age.
"Eye Health and Vision Care" - As we age, we are at greater risk for developing certain age-related eye diseases and conditions. This Friday morning series will cover some of the more commonly occurring situations.
